Join us as fitness meets fun during Elite
Dance Center's Fitness Fusion week! Work different muscles each day
while you learn different dance styles! Classes are $15 each or get a
FREE class when you
register for all 5 at $60.00!
Cardio-Muscle
Fusion - Monday
Get your heart pumping while
you benefit from total body strength training using
plyometrics balance work, body weight exercise and bursts of cardio;
core work and a deep stretch round out the program.
Elite Barre - Tuesday
A combination of Ballet, Pilates, and muscle conditioning using
small isolated movements to fire up the muscles and create change
throughout the body.
Circuit Training
- Wednesday
Work your entire body and get a complete cardio
workout as you move from station to station.
Pilates - Thursday
Strengthen your core and shape long, lean
muscles while improving posture, flexibilty, and alignment.
Trouble Zones - Friday
The best exercises
to isolate those areas we all want to change. Tone inner thighs, lift
the cheeks, tighten those triceps and sleek out the waist line.
